Prof. Jose Maria Sison, Chairperson of the International League of Peoples’ Struggle, delivered the keynote address to the global launch of the Marx at 200 Bicentennial Celebration at a suburban Manila university campus on 5 May 2018. The event, held at the University of the Philippines Diliman, was co-organized by Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (BAYAN), the Philippine chapter of the International League for Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS), Kilusang Mayo Uno (May First Movement), and CONTEND.
